For 42.5 years, he has been engaged in EPC Projects of large-scale thermal power plants. Work involved all aspects of jobs from the top upstream to the final stage of project, including technology development, basic planning, acquiring orders, detailed engineering, equipment purchase, execution of projects till the completion of the projects. Various kinds of reformation projects of organization, engineering and project procedures were also one of his achievements.
